| Since establishing a computerized inventory in 1979, parts and service personnel are able to search all of the branch locations for needed parts. In addition, major manufacturers offer 24 hour delivery of parts.
Together these two factors are designed to keep the customer up and running. Southeastern's personnel are involved in updating the company's computer system to provide even more efficient service to its customer base
If Southeastern customers have a need for service on one of their machines, they have three options: (1) They can bring the machine into one of the branch shops themselves; (2) They can call to have one of the company's 75 field service trucks go out to their site to do the repair, if it's possible to be done in the field; or (3) Southeastern can send one of their transport trucks out to the customer's site to bring the unit to the nearest shop for service.
A bonus for Southeastern customers with very large equipment is the availability of the field service lube trucks. The lube trucks are constantly on the move throughout the tri-state area performing on-site routine and preventative maintenance such as changing hydraulic fluids, changing oil, and lubricating parts. This is just one more way in which Southeastern helps to make the contractor's job easier.
