Founder Bill Baker started the company with one goal — to deliver reliable equipment and dependable service that customers can count on. More than 65 years later, that same commitment continues under the leadership of Bill’s grandson, Thor Hess, who proudly serves as company President and CEO. Southeastern remains a family-owned business with over 250 employees and 16 locations across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan.
