This page does not constitute an offer. Southeastern requires a physical evaluation of all equipment by a company representative. Equipment must be free of agreements, liens, loans, and owned outright with a free, clear, and transferable title. Southeastern reviews current market sales and conditions on comparable equipment to determine evaluation prices. Evaluation is determined as the equipment is shown to the representative. Future repairs or additional equipment will require separate inspections. Evaluation price is determined at time of inspection and is valid for 30 days. If the unit is damaged, has 100 or more hours, or is modified from time of inspection to time of physical possession by Southeastern, the unit will be reevaluated and a new price will be given or the unit may be refused by Southeastern. Known defects must be revealed to Southeastern or Southeastern may return the unit to the seller and request a full refund at Southeastern’s discretion. Some exclusions may apply, contact your local Southeastern Equipment Company branch for details.
