KO-PRO+, KPPP, and the Southeastern Promise

The KO-PRO+ standard warranty runs four years or 4,000 hours on 2024-and-newer compact excavators and 2021-and-newer full-size Tier IV Final machines, SK75 and up. Full-size models include four years of KOMEXS monitoring with it. Specialty and severe-duty models carry different terms, so ask your rep which one you're buying.

The Kobelco Premium Protection Plan (KPPP) picks up where the standard warranty leaves off. Zero deductible, genuine OEM parts, authorized techs, and new equipment plans transfer to the next owner at no charge. Used machines can qualify too.

The Southeastern Promise is our protection for our customers. On warrantable repairs, we cover mileage and travel time, and if you hit a major issue in the first year or 250 hours, we'll get you a loaner in the same class for up to 30 days.

Telematics for Your KOBELCO Fleet

KOBELCO builds its own telematics platform, KOMEXS, and it comes included for the length of the warranty term on mid- and full-size excavators. From your phone or your desk, you'll see where every machine is sitting, how many hours it's put in, what it's burning for fuel, and what it's doing right now. Service alerts come to you before a small problem turns into a tow bill, and the full maintenance history stays with the machine.

Southeastern can watch the alerts too. That means we can help diagnose an issue remotely, pull the right part before the truck rolls, and cut your service response time instead of starting from scratch when you call.
