Bomag BW 100 SC-5

The Bomag BW 100 SC-5 is a light articulated tandem roller engineered for asphalt compaction in space-constrained applications such as footpaths, repair patches, and finishing work along building walls or curbs. Its open-sided drum design-unique in the SC series-allows compaction right to the edge without clearance limitations. Powered by a Tier 4 Final Kubota D902 engine producing approximately 20 HP, the SC-5 operates at a working width of 1,060 mm (41.7 in) and weighs roughly 3,748 lb. The ECONOMIZER compaction monitoring system displays real-time compaction progress, reducing unnecessary passes and saving fuel. An intuitive steering layout, excellent drum-edge visibility, and maintenance-free articulated joint with hermetically-sealed bearings round out a roller built for efficient, high-quality results on small-to-medium job sites.
