The Bomag BW 161 AD-5 is a heavy articulated tandem roller suited for all standard asphalt layers in road construction, service roads, car parks, and light earthworks. The 114 gross-horsepower Tier 4 Final Kubota V3800 CR-TI engine drives 66.1-inch front and rear vibratory drums capable of operating at 50 Hz or 70 Hz for flexible compaction energy across lift types. Standard ECOMODE and a centrally accessible service design keep operating costs low, and optional BOMAP integration provides GPS-linked compaction documentation on every pass.
