Driven by a Tier 4 Final Deutz TCD 3.6 L4 engine rated at 127.4 gross hp, the 150-pad drum penetrates deep into plastic soils for thorough layer-by-layer densification. BOMAG ECOMODE reduces fuel use by up to 30 percent, and the TERRAMETER system tracks compaction in real time so operators avoid redundant passes. Manual slip control and a hydrostatic transmission ensure reliable performance on steep grades.
