The Bomag BW 28 RH is a heavy pneumatic tire roller engineered for demanding asphalt compaction on highways, airfields, and large paving projects. Powered by a 134-hp Deutz TCD 3.6 L4 engine meeting Tier 4 Final/Stage V standards, it delivers a kneading and rolling compaction action through a triple-oscillating front axle that distributes weight evenly across all tires. A large ballast compartment with interchangeable steel, concrete, or water ballast lets operators dial in operating weights from roughly 19,000 lb up to 61,730 lb, maximizing wheel load for exceptional mat density and surface finish.
