The Bomag BW 90 AD-5 is an articulated light tandem roller engineered for asphalt compaction and finishing work on roads, footpaths, and repair sites. Driven by a Kubota D 902 three-cylinder diesel engine rated at 20 hp (Tier 4 Final/Stage V), it rolls 35-inch smooth steel drums across the surface with dual-frequency vibration at 63 Hz to achieve uniform compaction and a smooth finished mat. Its compact frame, crabwalk function, and maintenance-free articulated joint give operators the flexibility to work efficiently in parking lots, residential streets, and other space-constrained paving environments.
