The Case Construction CX25EV is a 2.5-metric-ton battery-electric mini excavator engineered for zero-emission performance on urban infrastructure, indoor, and noise-sensitive job sites. Powered by a 32.3 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, the CX25EV delivers performance on par with its diesel counterparts - over 3,500 lbs of bucket digging force and 4,950 lbs of traction force - while eliminating exhaust emissions and reducing operational noise. The battery supports a full 8-hour workday under typical conditions and can be rapid-charged from 20 to 80 percent in under one hour via an external DC fast charger. A short-radius design paired with electrohydraulic controls and three auxiliary hydraulic circuits allows the machine to handle a full range of attachments. The CX25EV is ideal for contractors working in green-build environments, indoor demolition, or locations with strict emissions or noise ordinances.
