Superior Broom DT74C

The Superior Broom DT74C is a mid-mount, side-cast street sweeper powered by an FPT turbo-charged Tier 4 Final diesel producing 74 hp. It delivers the same 96-inch sweeping path and 8-foot polyurethane quick-change tube brush as others in the DT74 line, driven by a load-compensated piston hydraulic system at 28 gpm and 2,500 psi. A two-speed hydrostatic gearbox provides travel speeds up to 34 mph, and a rear leaf spring suspension with low-noise cab design minimizes operator fatigue during extended routes. The 170-gallon water system and four-wheel hydraulic brakes round out a capable platform for municipal street maintenance.
