The JLG H340AJ Hybrid is a diesel-electric articulating boom lift that runs on battery power charged by an onboard Kubota Z482 generator, cutting fuel use, noise, and emissions versus a straight diesel boom. It reaches a 34 ft platform height with roughly 20 ft of working outreach, carries a 500 lb platform capacity, and climbs 45 percent grades thanks to four independent drive motors.
