The KM International KM 4-40 is a propane-powered infrared asphalt heater and recycler built for versatile pavement repair work. With 40 square feet of heating capacity across four independently controlled zones and a 700,000 BTU output, it softens and rejuvenates existing asphalt for scarification, re-mixing, and re-compaction without cold-joint seams. At 810 lbs and mounted on four swivel casters, it folds into a single-axle self-trailering unit for easy transport. Ideal for patching potholes, cracks, and surface defects on roads, parking lots, and municipal infrastructure.
