Cimline Magma (No Pump)

The Cimline Magma (No Pump) is a trailer-mounted, oil-jacketed asphalt crack sealing melter designed for straightforward gravity-feed material application without a hydraulic gear pump. Available in 150- or 230-gallon material capacities, the Magma uses a 250,000 BTU diesel burner and an oil-jacketed heating system to uniformly melt hot-pour rubberized crack sealant. An automatic temperature control system maintains precise material temperatures, while the hydraulic agitation system keeps material homogenized. The no-pump configuration simplifies operation and reduces maintenance, making it well suited for smaller crews and parking lot or light municipal crack sealing applications.
