The Alamo Industrial Mantis II 201B is the high-horsepower boom-ready configuration of the Mantis prime mover platform, powered by a Deutz 5.2L turbocharged diesel engine producing 201 HP and compliant with EPA Tier 4 Final and Euro Stage 5 emission standards. Designed for the most demanding roadside mowing and vegetation management work, the 201B delivers additional power headroom for heavy-duty cutting heads and challenging terrain conditions. The machine maintains a 102-inch transport width with up to 25 MPH travel speed and a working speed range of 0-8 MPH through a two-speed hydrostatic transmission. Telescoping boom reach is selectable at 24 ft or 30 ft, compatible with the complete Mantis attachment lineup including severe-duty rotary heads, brush flails, saw heads up to 90 inches, and more.
