The Alamo Industrial Mantis II 201F is a purpose-built roadside tool carrier configured for boom and front-attachment operation. Powered by a 201 HP Deutz 5.2L Tier IV/Stage V turbocharged diesel and driven by a hydrostatic 4x4 drivetrain, the 201F supports either 24-ft or 30-ft telescoping boom mowers plus a full front-mount three-point hitch for snowplows, brooms, and other hydraulically driven implements. A standard 102-in transport width keeps it legal on all public roadways at up to 25 mph, while three steering modes - 2-wheel, all-wheel, and crab - deliver an 11.5-ft minimum turning radius. The pressurized cab offers 72 sq ft of glass, a 12-in touchscreen, rear-view camera, and rotating-cab option for maximum operator visibility on high-traffic corridors.
