Mauldin MT300
The Mauldin MT300 is a compact, towable hot tack tank designed to apply liquid asphalt tack coat efficiently on patching, overlay, and pavement maintenance projects. A 300-gallon insulated tank pairs with a 9.5 HP Kohler gasoline engine driving a hydraulic, reversible asphalt pump — allowing the operator to spray forward or recover material back into the tank without spills. The 8-foot in-cab-controlled spray bar delivers consistent coverage, while dual diesel burners with automatic temperature control keep the tack coat at application temperature. A spray wand with 40-foot hose and reel handles detail work and inaccessible areas.
