Mauldin MT600
The Mauldin MT600 is a larger-capacity towable hot tack tank built for mid- to large-scale pavement maintenance, overlay, and chip seal tack coat operations. Its 600-gallon insulated tank is heated by diesel burners with automatic temperature control, keeping material ready for the 8-foot in-cab-controlled spray bar. A 9.5 HP Kohler gasoline engine powers a hydraulically driven, reversible asphalt pump rated at 35 GPM — the reversible flow enables clean solvent flush-back into the tank for fast, spill-free cleanup. A dual-axle trailer chassis and a spray wand with 40-foot hose and reel complete the package for versatile jobsite deployment.
