The Mauldin MU-1000 is a skid-mounted asphalt tack coat distributor built for mounting on a customer-supplied chassis rated at 22,000 lb GVWR, requiring no CDL. A 24-hp Kubota Z602 diesel engine drives a 40 GPM hydrostatic reversible asphalt pump, distributing material through a fully recirculating 8-foot spray bar with optional 12-foot extension. The unit holds 999 gallons of material and features a thermostat-controlled diesel burner for temperature management, pressure-compensating pump for consistent application rates, and remote-controlled spray functionality.
