RUBBLE MASTER RM J110X

The RM J110X is RUBBLE MASTER's track-mounted primary jaw crusher, built around the heaviest and deepest jaw box in its class. A 44" x 28" inlet fed through a grizzly prescreen takes big material in hard rock and rebar-laden concrete, and the 335 hp diesel-hydraulic drive pushes throughput up to 496 TPH. The hydraulic closed-side setting adjusts from 1-3/4" to 7", with reverse crushing capability and a relief system that opens to 12-1/2" to pass uncrushables without downtime. An 11-inch information display, automatic feed control, 360-degree performance status lighting, and radio remote control keep operation simple, while options such as dust suppression, a magnetic separator, and RM XSMART telemetry tailor the machine to quarry or recycling duty.
