Schwarze Road Patcher
The Schwarze Road Patcher is a truck-chassis-mounted spray injection patching system capable of tackling potholes, cracks, utility cuts, and surface deterioration in a single pass with one operator working entirely from the cab. A Perkins 67 hp Tier 4 Final engine powers the unit, which holds 6.5 cubic yards of aggregate and up to 300 gallons of hot asphalt emulsion. Its four-step clean-tack-fill-cap process produces repairs that average four to seven years of service life and opens lanes to traffic immediately after patching, with no secondary compaction equipment required.
