The Schwarze Street Max is a trailer-mounted spray injection patcher built for municipal and public works crews tackling pothole repair and pavement maintenance. A Perkins Tier 4 Final engine rated at 67 horsepower powers the air-blast delivery system, which applies a tack coat of emulsion followed by aggregate at up to 125 pounds per minute, achieving a tested 92 percent compaction rate without a separate roller and allowing immediate traffic return. The 300-gallon heated emulsion tank and 2-cubic-yard aggregate hopper support extended work runs, while the optional vacuum system removes water and debris from potholes before patching for a longer-lasting repair.
