Absolutely! Using Productivity Plus for rentals comes with several key benefits:

• Automatic Lien Resolution: Rentals paid through Productivity Plus automatically satisfy liens, so no extra steps or invoice juggling are needed.

Productivity Plus is easy to use and offers exceptional benefits tailored to your specific needs.  From adjustable credit line, flexible payment terms, and exclusive discounts, Productivity Plus is designed to work for you.  It’s also a great way to easily track business expenses and is offered at a lower cost of credit.  

Applying for Productivity Plus does require a hard pull on your business’s credit, which will temporarily drop your score slightly, however it is also reported like any other line of bank credit, so on-time payments will benefit your credit rating.  And with the flexibility to set payment terms on specific purchases, it’s easy to manage your account so that paying on time is a breeze. (See question on pre-approval for further information).

When customers apply for a loan or lease through CNH Capital, our underwriting team will give Productivity Plus pre-approvals to customers who have strong credit and don’t already have a Productivity Plus account.  Dealer employees are notified of this pre-approval in the notes of the Finance Plus credit application.  Pre-approval means that the customer will be approved for a Productivity Plus account upon submitting an application within 45 days of the pre-approval notice. This will use the credit hit used for the loan/lease, so pre-approved customers won’t take another credit hit to apply for a Productivity Plus account.

It is completely free to be an accountholder. There are no signup fees or annual fees. 

No. When CNH Capital brought Productivity Plus in-house in 2022, finance charges during interest-free terms were eliminated. This means customers pay nothing during an interest-free term. 

As of October 2025, APR is 17.9%, roughly half the APR of the average credit card.  APR is subject to change. Customers can view the current APR rate in their monthly statement.

Yes. The customer or dealer can request a credit limit increase. Customers may request it via MyAccount or by calling in to customer service. Dealers may request it by submitting a request through Finance Plus or calling into customer service.

Checks are payable to CNH Capital. You will receive a monthly statement from CNH Capital, which includes the mailing address for checks, as well as information for the online bill-pay option.

Yes. You can add authorized users to your account at time of sign-up or through MyAccount or by calling our customer service team and request.

• Yes. By setting up an account with CNH Capital MyAccount, customers can opt into e-statements, pay their bill online, and sign up for automatic payments. 

• MyAccount also allows customers to manage their Productivity Plus account in the same place as their retail notes with CNH Capital. 

• Customers can also do one-time payment online through CNHCapital.com, using their Customer Number, Contract or Account Number from their statement, and bank routing and account number. 

• Automatic payments can either be set up for the full balance or the minimum payment due, so customers using No Interest/No Payment or Equal Payment Plan promos should not use automatic payments. 

In 2022, CNH Capital brought Productivity Plus in-house to better serve our customers’ credit line needs. As a result, customers now reap the benefits below: 

• Higher credit limits – the average starting credit limit for new customers today is $20,000. 

• Customers or dealers can request a credit limit increase at any time. 

• Credit limits are available up to $75,000 before financial statements are needed. 

• No finance charges during interest-free terms. 

• On transactions with interest-free terms, customers now pay nothing on those transactions for the full length of the term. 

• Manage account in the same place as loans and leases through CNH Capital. 

• CNH Capital’s My Account portal allows customers to manage their account functions, including online bill pay, credit limit increase request, and contacting customer service.
