Being around as a family business for 64 years is quite an accomplishment. And we couldn’t have done it without you,
our associates. Last year was particularly challenging as we all adjusted to the “new normal.” We overcame barriers. We grew. We learned. And we worked together to find new ways to raise our game and deliver exceptional service, despite the obstacles.

Now it’s time to celebrate and recognize our success of the past year with the 2021 MVP Award. The annual Most Valuable Person Award is Southeastern’s most prestigious honor. Winners of this award demonstrate the highest commitment to teamwork, our mission of providing groundbreaking service, and our company’s core values: Helpful, Thoughtful, Capable, and Loyal.

THE NOMINATIONS ARE IN!
The online nomination process takes place in the spring and is for the previous year’s accomplishments. All Southeastern associates are invited to nominate another associate. The leadership team reviews the nominations and announces the winner in June. Associates may only win the award once. This year 18 associates were nominated for the award. Stay tuned for the announcement of our winner in June!

Our business was founded on the belief that what really matters is the people – having the right people, in the right role, working together as a team. Although there is only one winner each year, the MVP Award is a tribute to the people, pride, and passion that drive our success.

For us, providing groundbreaking service is more than just a mission. It’s a way of life. A way of treating people. A way of doing business.
