Undercarriage Inspections

The undercarriage is the lifeblood of your machine. Southeastern Equipment’s technicians are trained to identify undercarriage problems before major and costly repairs are required. By measuring the thickness of the undercarriage components, our technicians can predict how long your undercarriage will last before replacements are needed. Undercarriage maintenance is available on any make and model of machine. For no extra charge, we include an undercarriage inspection during our Scheduled Maintenance Inspections.

Repainting protects your equipment against rust and wear — and it makes a great impression on your customers!  Our full-service paint shop can meet all of your needs, from painting a machine back-to-stock to applying a custom paint job. Our technicians attend classes in our own state-of-the-art facility in Cambridge, OH several times a year, and all classes are taught by factory specialists. Heavy Equipment Preventative Maintenance & Repair Services

Southeastern Equipment Company’s factory-trained technicians offers comprehensive Scheduled Maintenance Inspections. We offer a range of services, from preventive maintenance inspections and complete oil and filter changes to PM clinics and tune-ups. Maintenance can be conveniently scheduled at our facility or directly at your job site to suit your needs. Our team regularly verifies service hours to ensure all maintenance activities meet your warranty requirements.

Enhance your maintenance routine with a fluid analysis during inspections to detect potential issues, such as metal or contaminant presence in your machine’s fluids. For equipment relying on hydraulic systems, we recommend scheduling a Custom Hydraulic Service Inspection every 12 months or 2,000 hours. These inspections help identify wear in components early, allowing us to address minor issues before they escalate into costly failures.

Fluid Analysis and Monitoring (CBM)

Engine and transmission oils. Coolants. Hydraulic fluids. These liquids serve important purposes. And when something’s off, performance and productivity suffer. Southeastern can analyze your system fluids and help you identify minor problems before they become major failures. Fluids are taken from several areas in your equipment and analyzed by qualified laboratories for contaminants. The level of each contaminant is compared to normal wear rates. We then provide guidance on necessary repairs and filter and oil change intervals based on the results. The laboratories are ISO 17025 A2LA accredited, which is the highest level of quality certification by the American Associate for Laboratory Accreditation. You can be confident that the results are accurate and reliable.
